Beanie
Sweet boy loves to be cuddled
Beanie is an adorable 11-year-old chihuahua, a pretty shy guy until he gets to know you, but then will want to be picked up and cuddled. Beanie is pretty little at 12 pounds; he has cataracts and a moderate heart murmur. He also has a very bad luxating patella (kneecap) and will never be an athlete because of it, but gets around okay and can negotiate a few stairs and could go on short walks. The shelter vets feel he has adapted to it well and isn’t currently in discomfort, but may need some supplements or meds later on if that changes. Mostly Beanie would like to hang out on your lap and hopefully find another dog buddy – his lifetime pal was just adopted without him.
Beanie (#A271499) is posted for the Regional King County Animal Services and is located at their Kirkland Petco adoption site.
THIS IS NOT AN ODH DOG: we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
