Benji

Benji is a 17 year old, tiny Shih Tzu whose owner died. He is a loving quiet little guy who was very stressed by all the changes. Although he sleeps most of the time, when awake he is active, nimble and loving. He shares his bed (mom’s queen bed) with a cat that is almost twice his size. The cat helps keep Benji interested in eating – he likes to think he is protecting his food. He is a very happy boy! Benji’s little body finally gave out after seven years with his ODH family – the longest any dog has been with us so far. He must have realized how much he was loved.
