Meet Beya, an affectionate 11-year-old, 69 pound pit bull with a heart of gold.  This sweet girl is seeking a loving home where she can be the center of attention as the sole pet. Beya enjoys leisurely walks where she can stroll at her own pace. Her loyalty and charming personality promises to bring joy and warmth to her new forever home.

Beya was surrendered to the shelter after her lifelong family had to move. She has been a loving family member who was good with kids who are old enough to understand being gentle. Beya will chase cats.

Beya loves to play with plush toys! She loves to play fetch too. Car rides can make her tummy upset. Beya enjoys baths. She is well-house-trained and follows some commands. Beya is accustomed to staying inside her home with her people. She will bark when she’s left alone, one must be ready to help her adapt gradually to her new home and being left alone. We believe that’s the case whenever someone “adds” a dog to their home!

This lovely gal has been at the shelter now for 2 months! No doubt Beya is wondering why she is there. Beya is ready to make her way to her new and forever home!

Beya is posted for the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society in Wenatchee, WA. Please check out their website for more information on how to adopt: www.wenatcheehumane.org/dogs
