Here’s Bo! This guy is full of tail-wiggling joy! Bo is happy to meet new people and loves pets and attention. Despite his 66 pounds, Bo believes he is extra small, and eagerly plops down on laps to get comfortable. Bo has done very well with other dogs at the rescue sanctuary, and staff believes he would do just fine with cats in a home as well.

When Bo arrived at the sanctuary, he was experiencing some skin infection issues. The belief is that this was caused by allergens of some sort. Since he has been on hypoallergenic food and using a special medicated shampoo for bath time, his skin conditions have improved dramatically. Adopters should be aware that you will want to establish Bo with your vet within 30 days to discuss their plan for keeping his skin healthy and beautiful.

Bo also has an undiagnosed neurological disorder that results in the cutest high-stepping gait. Climbing stairs in a home could prove difficult for Bo. He has not seen a neurologist since coming into rescue, so it would be wise for his adopter to plan on a neurologic evaluation of Bo once he is adopted and settled into his new home. Bo is a good looking, happy boy ready for his adoptive home!

Bo is posted for Pasado’s Safe Haven in Sultan, WA. To learn more about Bo and adopting him, please go to: www.pasadosafehaven.org/adopt/process/

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
