10 year old Bug is an adorable little fella who is dreaming of a family of his own. He is gentle and quiet and will melt your heart with just one look. This little boy weighs 7 pounds.  Bug doesn’t need a lot to make him happy. He just needs to be a cherished family member and, if possible, he would love to be included in the family adventures. Bug will be his happiest in a calm, predictable home.

Bug is living peacefully with another small dog and would be fine with a doggie friend or two. It is unknown how he would react with cats but he is so gentle that we think he would be just fine. Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of small children his rescuers are asking for a home without children under 10 years of age.

Bug recently received a Senior Wellness exam with bloodwork. He also received a dental with extractions. Bug was diagnosed with a Grade 2-3 medial luxating patella on his left leg. It is recommended that this be monitored by your veterinarian and, if needed, pain meds should be considered. Treatment is not warranted at this time. Bug is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccines.

Bug is posted for Save-A-Mutt. He is being fostered in Snohomish County, WA.  If you’d like to learn more about Bug, please email: elizabeth@save-a-mutt.org or check out their Petfinder link: www.petfinder.com/pet-search?shelter_id=WA630
