Chief is an adorable little guy who is searching for the perfect lap.  He weighs 8 pounds and is affectionate and gentle. This 10 year old boy is longing for a family of his own.  Chief has a big personality for a little dog and he is a friend to everyone. This dog loves people. Chief has met a lot of dogs along the way, both small and large, and he is very friendly to all of them.  He is also very respectful of the cats in his foster home.

Chief is fine with children but, because of his size, his rescuers are asking for a home without children under 10. Chief will be happiest in a home where his people aren’t gone for long hours.  He is not suited for apartment life because he has a tendency to bark when left home alone.  Chief is learning proper potty manners in his foster home. He will need a patient family willing to continue with this.  Chief aims to please so all he needs is guidance.

Chief is posted for Save-A-Mutt Rescue. He is being fostered in Snohomish County, WA. For more information about Chief, please submit a Save-A-Mutt adoption application. Adoption applications can be found at www.save-a-mutt.org.
