Corey came into a big shelter with his “brother” when their owner passed away. He wasn’t terribly old and we hoped he would be adoptable as the brother was. Unfortunately, he tore one cruciate ligament and then the other, and his hips were arthritic so recovery was particularly difficult. Lots of struggle for this loving, gentle, food-loving cocker. When other issues developed and panic attacks started, it was clear that he couldn’t struggle any longer. Both his ODH families loved him a great deal and miss him very much.
