Dakota

Dakota is an absolutely adorable 10 year old, 12 pound Miniature Dachshund who is dreaming of her forever family. She is affectionate and gentle and LOVES being in the middle of the action. Dakota’s perfect family will include her in their adventures and treat her like a cherished family member. She would love a home with a securely fenced yard so that she doesn’t get tempted to visit the neighbors.

Dakota thinks that everyone is her friend. She loves other dogs, cats, kids, men and women. Dakota is a great walking buddy and she enjoys car rides but her favorite thing to do is burrow under any blanket in true Dachshund fashion. She has terrific house manners. Dakota will bark when she hears a strange noise or when someone comes to visit so apartment life is not for her.
