Frannie Fern is a delicate lady, a 9-year-old long-haired dachshund. She loves everyone that she meets and is hoping to find a forever home where she can have that love returned to her. Frannie is a sensitive girl who is friendly to other dogs and cats. She is especially tender-hearted when it comes to people….she hasn’t met a single person that she doesn’t like!
