PERMANENT ODH HOME NEEDED: Just spayed female great pyranees (115#). This sweet girl has several medical issues that will likely make her time with us fairly short, but for now she is in a temporary ODH home and VERY happy to have a better life than she’d endured recently. She had a large mammary mass removed (without good margins) but others remain, we don’t know if malignant or not and likely will have more. There is a likely melanoma on her back and she’s still a bit anemic, a dental is planned when that resolves. Despite all this, she is a gentle girl who is great with other dogs and cats. She can be stubborn but is a sweet and very social girl who likes everyone she meets. Warning: she drools! (it goes with the breed) and she is a BIG girl who enjoys spending time outside.
