Kendall is a 60-pound Lab/Chow mix who is not quite 10 years old. He is said to be “a well trained dog who will protect his home and family”. Kendall is good on a leash; he’s a great hiking dog who loves trips to the mountains. This active dog should be adopted by someone who is willing to walk or exercise him every day. He has lived with another dog but Kendall has a dominant personality with other dogs so a good match is imperative. Kendall has never been exposed to cats. Like many dogs, he does not appreciate the sudden, unpredictable actions of young children. His experience with children has not been good -he should not go to a home with children under 13 nor should he be allowed to be in the same room with young children. Kendall is fine to stay alone for a work day. When you get home from work, he’s ready to spend some time playing in the yard with you or joining you for a walk and then keeping you company. Handsome Kendall is in Shoreline, Washington. waiting for his new best friend.

ODH has not met this dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
