14 year old Kiko is a miniature poodle who sports an awesome mohawk.  Kiko weighs 15.5 pounds. He’s a wonderful companion dog who is great with people and mellow dogs like himself. Kiko has never been observed around cats. He is said to be fine around gentle children.

Kiko struggled with gastrointestinal issues that made him very sick. Recently Kiko was able to have vetting that finally got some answers and help for him. YAY!  He is feeling much better eating a veterinary prescription food, taking tylosin powder and the supplement Proviable. Kiko now needs to find an adoptive home with someone willing and able to continue providing what he needs to stay healthy. He was a miserable fellow before and he should never have to suffer ever again.

At this time Kiko is used to having his person around most of the time but we’re told he is able to be left in the house alone. Kiko can  manage quite awhile without needing a potty break. He can take stairs and he’s not much of a barker. Kiko sounds like such a nice, well-behaved fellow.

Kiko enjoys 3 walks a day. He’s great on leash and even more impressive-he is agility trained! Kiko prances “like a king”. To those familiar with that terrific poodle prance, Kiko has it! That is always sure to bring a smile to one’s face.

If you are looking for a forever friend, one who is loving, loyal and fun but will require maintenance-don’t we all?-Kiko is your dude. He will make his care worth every bit of your while.

Kiko is located in Port Townsend, WA.
