“HI Ya! I’m Kilo. I am about 11 years old now. I have been waiting at the shelter for an adopter for over a year now. I love the shelter team and the love they give but would love a home with a snuggly bed and humans of my own. I tend to get overlooked, maybe because of my age. We seniors have been around the block, many times, so I am ready to relax and chill.

“They say I’m a bulldog mix, check out my markings. People tell me how handsome I am and what a good boy I am, all of the time. I can’t hear too well anymore but I have figured they are saying something nice to me because they smile at me and I smile back!

“While I don’t want to share my home with other animals, I am happy to share my love with all humans! Kids are nice too when they are old to know to be gentle.

“Do you like to go for walks? I do! I walk very nicely on a leash. Let’s go for walks!  If you’re looking for a forever friend, I am looking for a forever home. Please don’t pass me over, I will make a great companion, I promise you! If you can’t adopt me, will you please tell all of your friends about me? A shelter is not a home, no matter how hard the people here try to make us feel loved.”
