PERMANENT ODH FOSTER HOME NEEDED;   Spayed female pomeranian, 7#.   This pretty little girl has bad teeth and the common luxating patellas, she is very scared in the shelter but warms up quickly and was great with our tester dog.  She’s been an only dog in a quiet home for years, so this is really hard for her.
