Lleno

Lleno, a long-haired Chihuahua was taken into a shelter with a group of tiny dogs from a hoarder. Although he has no teeth and diminished sight, he very much enjoys life! He has a cute little bark that lets his foster Mom and Dad know he wants attention or food. Lleno is a master of security: he fiercely guards his foster Mom’s lap on the couch from all intruders! This little fellow will need continued eye care and medication, but he’s sure a happy part of his Final Refuge family.

Update:  After almost 6 years, age finally caught up to this wonderful, loving boy.  He had the very best care and love for all that time and when it was needed, his foster Mom had to say good bye.  Lleno will be greatly missed and we are thankful that he could stay so long.
