Lucy

This sweet senior girl has been named Lucy by her friends at the shelter she landed in. Estimated to be about 12 years old, she has so much love to give.  It is hard to believe that no one came looking for her! Lucy is listed as a labrador retriever mix.

Shelter staff recently observed Lucy in play groups with other dogs and while she doesn’t have the energy to play like a youngster, we are told she is “beautifully social”.  Lucy enjoyed meeting the other dogs and hanging out.

This nice girl does great on leash and she appreciates affection from people and good rump scratches!  Lucy will make a great companion; she loves to cuddle.

Lucy’s friends at the shelter tell us this beautiful girl deserves to live out her days in a comfortable home with a loving and caring family….not to be in the noisy and confusing atmosphere of a shelter.
