Lucy

Meet Lucy! Lucy is an 9 year old cocker spaniel, one of the sweetest dogs ever and with the softest fur too. She is friendly and loves everybody she meets. She has excellent manners and makes the best sleeping buddy ever – she is even very helpful at making the bed. Lucy is totally potty trained and can go at least 6 hours without a potty break. Lucy is in excellent health but has lost about 80 percent of her hearing. She has no problem using stairs or getting around. Lucy is a very easy going mellow girl and is happy to do whatever it is you are doing. Lucy had a male owner who was home with her all day so, even though Lucy loves EVERYBODY, she gets really happy and excited when she meets men. Sadly her owner passed away so she has found herself homeless, looking for a new family to love her as much as her previous owner did. Lucy is looking for a home without other dogs, she had a best buddy cocker and hasn’t been able to find a doggy friend she likes since him. Lucy would like a home with no cats and either no children or older children. It is important to know that cocker spaniels require regular grooming and especially ear cleaning. Lucy rides great in the car, loves to go for walks and walks very nicely on a leash – her favorite things are going for walks, taking naps, watermelon and you!
