Lulu
Loving and social
What a lovely girl Lulu is! She sounds like the perfect dog. Lulu is good with other dogs, cats and kind children. Lulu is a 50 pound mixed breed, perhaps a heeler mix, her human guesses. Lulu was adopted from a shelter 8 years ago when she was just a puppy. This young senior gal is in need of an adoptive home very soon. She sounds like a dog that will make a truly wonderful addition to just about any home!
Lulu has been fine staying alone in her home while her person is away. Maybe you have a friendly dog looking for a buddy who can be a companion? It sounds as though Lulu could make a great doggy friend! Another dog could help Lulu learn the ropes in her new home too. We are told that Lulu is housetrained and can manage a few hours between potty breaks. Lulu will find a place to cozy up inside or enjoy time outside in the yard.At this time Lulu can still do stairs.
Lulu loves going for walks. She is great on leash and minds well. Lulu loves to go for runs at the beach or out in an open field. She has enjoyed time at the dog park too. Of course one should give Lulu time to learn to come back to you-her new person-before even considering taking her out unleashed, where she could become lost. Lulu loves car rides too. At only 8 years old, we imagine time spent out and about with Lulu will be lots of fun!
This loving, social girl has been taught to stay off couches and beds. She does bark at squirrels, birds and sometimes strangers as they walk by her home. One must keep this in mind when considering adoption but certainly, this is not an unusual amount of barking for a dog!
We think Lulu sounds just about perfect. She is in need of an adoptive home very soon as her owner is moving and cannot take Lulu with her. Someone is going to be very lucky to give Lulu her for-the-rest-of-her-lifetime- home!
