Meet Maggie! Maggie is an adorable Pit Bull/Boston Terrier mix who is about 8 years old. Maggie weighs 48 pounds. She is mostly white, but she has the most adorable black freckles on her face and belly.

Maggie is so goofy and affectionate. She loves to run around and play, and she especially loves tennis balls. She really enjoys going for walks and sniffing all the smells along the way, so this girl would make a perfect hiking or adventure buddy. Maggie does well with other dogs. Maggie loves people and and will lean up against you for pets and snuggles. She is a big fan of treats too!

Maggie was noted by our vet team to have a head tilt to the right side. While it’s super cute that her head is always cocked to the side (she looks inquisitive and curious!), this could be a sign of an underlying medical condition such as canine vestibular disease. Her head tilt does not seem to bother her much, though sometimes she can lose her balance and stumble to the right while she is playing or chasing a ball. Maggie also has dry eye and will need to be on daily eye drops. She is looking for a dedicated adopter who can ensure she gets all the love and care she needs to remain healthy and comfortable throughout her golden years.

Maggie will need a home with a securely fenced in yard, and would not do well in an apartment setting. She would do best in a home without cats and with no young kids under 12, as she can be overwhelmed with a lot of hustle and bustle. If you have the perfect home for this sweet girl, go in and meet Maggie today!
