“Hello hoomans!  Percy here, I’m in the market for a furrever family so let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I am a Puggle, that’s a pug and a beagle mix. They say I’m about 10 years old. I came to the shelter as a stray with a pretty messed up leg but dedicated and talented vet staff got me all fixed up and I feel like a new pup!

“I can be an energetic and playful guy – did I mention that I am in love with pretty much all hoomans?  I am NOT a shy guy at all!  My foster family has discovered that I know my basics – you know, sit, down, etc. – and I will even “sit pretty” for attention and treats!  Well, mostly for treats.  Foster mom says I have to watch my waistline, though, so not TOO many treats!  I weigh 30 pounds right now, I’m just a few pounds overweight.

“I am happiest in the house with my people and I have good house manners so foster mom lets me sleep on the bed, I love to cuddle and I only snore a teeny bit! I could use a bit of polish on my leash manners as I get pretty excited when I see other animals when out for a walk.  I would prefer a home where I am the only pet, and kids should be old enough to be able to respect my age and condition.  Overall, foster mom says I am a GOOD BOY, and for a senior I sure do act like a puppy!”
