What a looker this boy is! His name is Rebel and he’s a 9 year old Cocker Spaniel. He wants you to know that while his name is “Rebel”, he is anything but a rebel. He described as a dog who doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. Rebel is said to be easy going, affectionate, friendly and smart. He has never lived with another dog but he is reportedly good with other nice dogs. It is not known how Rebel would react to a cat. Rebel is said to be “great” with kids; he’s a very gentle boy who would appreciate kids who treat him the same. He has sensitive stomach and because of that he is on a prescription diet. Rebel is crate trained and we are told it’s best that if you leave the house he go into his crate as he gets bored when you leave and tries to find things to chew up. If you have ever had the pleasure of knowing and loving a cocker spaniel, you may recognize this trait! Rebel asks for a potty break about every 4 hours.

While he will sleep in his crate at night, he’d be really happy to find a home with a person who will let him join them in their bed at night. When you leave the house Rebel will bark some but settles down and stops after a few minutes. He can do stairs and does great on leash for the walks he loves to take. A home with a fenced yard is best for Rebel and he likes to follow his nose (another cocker trait). This cuddly, handsome boy sounds like he will make a great addition to a family.

Rebel is in Bellevue, WA.
