Roxy

Roxy is a tender hearted lady who is longing for a family of her own. She is loyal and independent and would be a good friend to just about anyone. She is 9 years old and weighs 7 pounds.

Roxy enjoys lounging in the warmth of the sun while relaxing in the securely fenced yard. She will find the sunbeams even if they’re coming into the house through a window….this girl likes to be warm. Roxy’s rescuers are asking for a securely fenced yard because she really enjoys the fresh air. Apartment life is not for this girl because she has a tendency to bark at strange noises and people.

Roxy is living with dogs in her foster home and is fine as long as she can be the boss. She would be ok with a dog that is calm and submissive but she would prefer to be someone’s one and only. It is unknown how Roxy would behave around cats so any cats in the home should be dog savvy. Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of young children her rescuers are asking for a home without children under 10 years of age.
