Sanson

Sanson is a 15 pound Chihuahua mix who is looking to find an adoptive home. He is estimated to be between 12-13 years old. He’s a handsome, fluffy boy who we are told, likes female dogs. However Sanson doesn’t appreciate large dogs, we are told he’s afraid of them. Cats aren’t his thing either! Sanson would appreciate a home with kids over 12 years old.

Sanson can be left alone in the house for a work day with potty pads. Currently he spends the day with another dog for company. Sanson does have some arthritis in his rear legs so while he can do stairs currently, it may become tougher for him to continue to do so as he ages. But fortunately he’s a good size for carrying! We are told Sanson does well on leash and he’s been known to break out into a run.

Sanson sounds like a mostly “chilled out” dog who will make someone a very nice companion. Sanson is located in Mt. Vernon, hoping to find an adopter very soon.
