Settled right into her new home
Pretty little Sidney, a Jack Russell terrier, came to ODH at the age of 13 when her owner could no longer keep her. She had been given good care and love and so adjusted very well to her ODH home. Sidney arrived with kidney disease which has been progressing slowly. She sleeps a lot – sometimes with her toy – but also likes to play ball and with her squeaky pig and her Kong treat toy.
She goes to work often with her mom and has been introduced to the joys of horse camping. What a great retirement life for a nice old lady.
Update: Sidney’s Final Refuge family had to finally say goodbye to this dear girl. With lots of love and the best cafe, she had been able to enjoy her last chapter much longer than we expected. She was a lovely sweet girl and will be greatly missed.
