This cute fellow’s name is Stanley and he is ready for his forever home! He is 8 years old and is slightly underweight at a little over 9 pounds but is eating well so he is working to get to a healthy weight. His best breed guess in a mini Schnauzer mix, he had a short haircut. Isn’t he interesting looking?

Stanley is very well behaved. He gets along with cats and dogs. He came to his foster home not being potty trained and now rarely has accidents; he’s a quick learner. He is very calm so the thought is he would be that he is fine with respectful, gentle kids. Stanley does a little grunt sounding noise occasionally, and of course he squeaks when he wants something. Otherwise he is pretty quiet and rarely barks.  Stanley would do best in a home where someone is home as he likes to be around people.  He does well with another mellow dog.

Stanley is in a foster home in Bellingham, WA. He is posted for Main Street Mutt Rescue.

ODH has not met this dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
