Suzie is a 40-pound mixed breed who is about 10 years old.  She still has the energy of a youngster who enjoys walking, running and going for hikes.  Suzie is at a great age:  she is still active but she also appreciates cuddle and “down time”.  Currently Suzie does not live with other dogs but she has in the past and she’s been appropriately social with new dogs she meets.  Suzie was fine with a cat when she stayed at a friend’s house who had one.  It would be best for Suzie to go to a home with children 8 years old and older as younger children seem to make her nervous.  Suzie is crated while her family is at work and does not potty in her crate. While Suzie reportedly does fine with this arrangement now, it’d be nice if she didn’t have to wait too long for a potty break, especially as she ages.  Not only is Suzie uniquely pretty, she is smart as well; she knows some verbal commands.  Suzie is described as “a sweet, big-hearted, silly girl”.

Suzie is in Seattle WA, hoping for a new home very soon.
