Titus

Big Titus had been part of ODH for more than seven years – far longer than anyone ever expected. Those joints hadn’t worked much for years but his spirit was so strong and the bond with his mom even stronger, so he stayed as long as he could. We had discovered a mast cell tumor a few months prior but he’d remained comfortable; a lung infection took hold suddenly and that finally was a challenge he couldn’t fight off. He was truly a “heart dog” and best friend to his mom and his presence will be so missed even though his spirit will stay with her. Titus passed away June 22, 2014.
