Toby – Lhasa

Toby is a 19-pound Lhasa Apso who is almost 10 years old. He is described as “the sweetest, kindest, and most obedient dog who melts hearts”. Toby’s needs are quite specific: a loving home that is quiet, without children. In the past Toby had it rough; he was poorly treated and strangers make him nervous. Ideally, his new home will not have a lot of guests coming and going. TobyLhasa loves other dogs and gets along with them well, even bigger dogs – he’d love to have a playmate or buddy. However, Toby has never been observed around cats. He can stay alone for a work day and when you return home he greets you happily, ready for snuggling. Toby is very good on leash and he really enjoys going on walks. Stairs are not easy for Toby so a home without too many would be best. Giving a home to a dog like Toby can be very rewarding and Toby sounds like a dog who will be glad to show you his appreciation with his love and devotion.
