Tonka has been at the shelter, waiting almost a year now for a home! Her friends at the shelter tell us that she has been through the shelter a few times over the years, sadly, through no fault of her own. Her last adopter passed away. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to help Tonka find a home where she can finally stay forever?!

Tonka is an 11 year old female who weighs about 60 pounds. She loves to go on walks and play with toys. She can be particular about other dogs, and does not care for small dogs or cats. She does have allergies (chicken for one) but is otherwise very healthy.
