We wholeheartedly welcome fall for its brisk winds and autumnal color which serves as a seasonal backdrop for the Skagit Valley Giant Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, September 19th, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This in-person event celebrates agritourism with a Weigh-Off competition for pumpkin-growing hobbyists and giant vegetable growers.  Enjoy this complimentary, family-fun event and a chance to win cash prizes for your giant pumpkin.

Join us for Love a Pit Bull Day and the 2024 Bully Walk! The event will be held at Heritage Park (5th and Water Street lawn) on Saturday, September 21. The bully walk will begin at 10:30 am, and the main event is from 11-2.

This delightful parade and festival will feature pets in costumes, music, food trucks, prizes, and vendor booths. We expect 1000 + people to attend from the dense residential pet-loving neighborhood of Capitol Hill and its surrounding areas.

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at JM Cellars “The Vault” in Maltby to help us celebrate the release of our 2027 Old Dog Haven Calendar. Pick up your copy of our new calendar and a bottle of our special 2027 Old Dog Haven blend, created by JM Cellars, with a portion of wine sales donated to Old Dog Haven.

Stay for all the entertaining activities, including our silent auction, flash tattoos, pet portrait artist, wine toss and paw print ornaments. DERU Kirkland will provide the delicious appetizers, and our furry friends will enjoy a treat bar and bone broth cocktails.

This event is all ages and dogs, so bring the whole family!

Come see Old Dog Haven at Auburn’s Petpalooza on Saturday, May 18, 10am – 5pm at Game Farm Park in Auburn. In addition to a 9:30am Dog Trot 3K/5K Fun Run, there’s loads to see and do including live entertainment, stunt dog shows and other animal attractions. The festival features a no barrier petting zoo, face painting and other children’s activities, a food court and beer garden, an agility area, over 150 vendors and TONS more! What is Auburn's Petpalooza? An event for pet lovers and a special day for your four-legged family member or other furry friend. The event kicks off with the 9:30am Dog Trot Run Run. The event, free to attendees, also includes live entertainment, the All-Alaskan Racing Pigs, Frisbee dog activities, Mud Bay's Northwest Pet Contest, inflatable rides and other children’s activities, pet adoptions, a variety of vendors, a Food Court and Beer Garden, and lots of activities to keep both humans and pets entertained. Vendor opportunities are available from 10am - 5pm. Pre-covid attendance was 12,000+!
