Come Celebrate with Us!
The Second Annual Old Dog Haven Calendar Release Party
Saturday October 27, 1:00 – 5:00
Northwest Cellars, 11909 124th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98034
We’re so excited about our second calendar release party and wine tasting that we’d like to share some information with you about the event as well as tell you a bit about our “calendar models” that will be attending this year.
This year’s cover model Augustus, Mayor of Whoville, (and his Old Dog Haven dog friends) would like to meet you at NW Cellars for a fun afternoon sipping great wine and visiting with Old Dog Haven dogs and their foster parents. Dogs and children are invited to attend and the Seattle Barkery will be joining us again this year with tasty treats for your furry friend. (There will be snacks for humans too!)
Great News! Dress up your dog in a Halloween costume and your best friend will receive a delicious treat compliments of the Seattle Barkery! WOOF WOOF (Thank you in dog.)
Tickets are $35 per person and include a wine tasting and 2019 Old Dog Haven Calendar. Click here to get your ticket.
Important– After October 24 the ticket price goes up to $45 so get your tickets early.
All money raised at the event helps the dogs!
More Fun Reasons to Attend
You’ll be among the first to see the 2019 Old Dog Haven Calendar!
Old Dog Haven will be unveiling two new t-shirt designs by local artist Gillian Levine.
The Old Dog Haven special labeled wine will be available for purchase. This year’s label designed by Joe Myers is our favorite to date. If you can’t make the party, the Old Dog Haven label wine can be shipped to you. Minimum order for shipping is 4 bottles. Note: When you order, specify Old Dog Haven in the “description/comment” section.
Click here to order the white. Click here to order the red.
There will be a raffle for a custom painting of your dog generously donated by Kait’s Calling. Kait is a big supporter of Old Dog Haven and we send her a big ARF of thanks.
You’ll spend a wonderful afternoon visiting with friends and making new ones both furry and otherwise.
Now meet some of our other calendar models attending this year.
Augustus Mayor of Whoville: Augustus has many fans. He’s adorable and makes everyone smile. His foster mom took one look at him and named him after a character in a Dr. Seuss book. Augustus has many names: The Mayor, Augustus May Who of Whoville, Auggie, Gus, Hizzonor, or Mr. Mayor.
Macy: Sweet Macy has made huge progress since arriving at her Old Dog Haven foster home and is learning how to have FUN.
Beenie & Frankie: Good things come in twos! These adorable dachshund ladies are inseparable, so when you come to the event you’ll have to pet them both at the same time.
Dorothy Faye: Also known as Dottie, this adorable girl is finally in her forever home after three shelter stays and at least as many homes.
Hot Toddy: This little sweetheart was found wandering the streets before being brought to a shelter. When her Old Dog Haven foster parents rescued her, Hot Toddy immediately jumped into her foster mom’s arms. Life is good!
Joe “Cocker”: When Joe landed in his Old Dog Haven home his family discovered he is a fun loving goofball. Joe loves to make friends and can’t wait to meet you at NW Cellars.
The 2019 Old Dog Haven Calendar will be available for purchase soon.
