Chief is a personable 10-year-old 78-pound neutered male cream labrador retriever mix, patiently waiting in the shelter for someone who knows that senior dogs give twice as much in half the time. Chief is house trained and in very good health – no notable health concerns, just a little overweight. He loves walks and playing fetch and knows multiple command. At first he’s a little reserved or anxious around new people and experiences but quickly becomes affectionate once he knows you. Chief is seeking a calm adult home or one with respectful children over 13 years.

This good boy is posted for Multnomah County Animal Services, Troutdale, Oregon.
