Howie

What a love this guy is!  Howie is a happy boy who is ready to find his forever family and no dog deserves it more.  He has been through a lot in his life and we promised him that we will help him find a family that will love him every day for the rest of his life.  Howie may be a little guy but he has a huge presence.

Howie is known around the shelter as the little ambassador….greeting everyone with that wonderful wagging tail of his and an actual smile on his face. Howie would enjoy a home with other doggie playmates and he even likes cats.  This darling boy is 10 years old and weighs 14 pounds.
