Max

Max is a Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever (mix?) who, at only 8 years old, is a young senior. If you like hiking, running or swimming then Max is the dog for you. He is very agile, energetic and athletic and would love to keep busy. Max is extremely alert and may be interested in chasing cats so a cat free home might be best. Max would do well in a home with children over 7 years old. He has lived with another small dog and lived peacefully, but a meet and greet with the resident dogs of any potential adopters is required prior to adopting Max.
