Molly

Meet Molly! Molly is a sweet 10 year old girl with lots of love to give. She is very friendly and seems like everyone she meets. Molly’s previous owner told us that she is a wonderful dog with a lot of personality, and that she is very affectionate and smart. The previous owner also told us that she would be “the best dog ever” for someone who is able to spend a lot of time with her. She is a calm girl who enjoys going for walks, but she also likes to relax with you on the couch. Molly seems to get along with most other dogs, but because she is an older, well-mannered lady she doesn’t enjoy spending time around young, exuberant dogs – if she has a dog friend in her new home, she would prefer one that is as “chill” as she is. Molly’s previous owner told us that she does really well with children of all ages. Like many other old ladies, Molly can sometimes suffer from a bit of urinary incontinence. She is currently on medication for it, and the medication is very effective in managing her urinary leakage. However, Molly still can’t “hold it” for more than 3-4 hours at a time during the day, so she needs a home where she won’t be left alone for long periods and where she can have potty breaks every few hours during the day. Molly should continue taking her medication, and her adopter should follow up with a full service vet to determine a long-term treatment plan to make sure she stays healthy.
