Penelope is a very sweet, beautiful, 30-pound, 10-year-old, spayed female cocker spaniel. It is not an optical illusion; Penelope does not have eyes.

Once she was rescued, it was discovered she was blind and was suffering greatly from painful eyes. Since undergoing double eye enucleation, she has been pain-free and feeling good!

Penelope is a confident and affectionate dog that adores people. She has mellow energy, loves to play with toys, and enjoys exploring the neighborhood. She would thrive in a home with a fenced yard containing grass. She is potty trained and can use a dog door.

Penelope would do well as a solo dog with someone home often or with another mellow dog for companionship.

Penelope is posted for Camp Cocker Rescue. She is being fostered in Portland, OR. For more information about Penelope and the adoption process available, please visit the rescue website here: https://www.campcocker.com/adoption-process/

This is not an Old Dog Haven dog. Old Dog Haven has not assessed this dog for medical issues and will not be responsible for medical care after adoption. We urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
