Tobasin, also known as “Tobes” was brought into an emergency animal hospital after being hit by a car. He had suffered a head trauma and broken pelvis. The compassionate staff set to work saving Tobes’ life and then they began trying to find his owner. Sadly, his owners no longer wanted him.

A caring staff member offered to give Tobes a home while he fully recovered and then find an adoptive home for him once he recovered. Tobes is ready now for his new home!

Tobes is a 9 pound Chihuahua who is between 8-9 years old-still a youngster. Currently he lives with 3 other dogs and some rabbits. For the most part Tobes ignores the dogs but will run around with other dogs at the dog park. It is unknown how Tobes would react to a cat. Tobes has been living with children and we’re told he loves children who treat him kindly.

This is a very good boy who will let you know when he needs to go out to potty. He is crate trained and he can go for quite awhile without needing a potty break. We’re told that Tobes can do stairs and he enjoys his long walks. When asked how he is on leash, the answer is “Amazing”! Tobes likes to play with his ball but he also likes to snuggle and snooze with his people. Doesn’t Tobes sound awesome?

It’s wonderful that Tobes was given the chance to recover from such a traumatic event so that he could find a real home with someone who would never ever give him up-and who would want to?! Tobes is waiting in Everett, WA for his lucky adopter.

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
