Bear (Pom)

Are you looking for a big dog with a little fluffy body?? Bear is your typical Pomeranian with a vivacious personality and big-dog demeanor. He weighs 8 pounds. His coat is delightfully short and trim but wow, when it is long it is quite impressive! He is a perky little guy that loves his walks and has a lot of energy! His rescuers were told he was 11 years old, but that is hard to believe when you meet him!

Bear loves his people! He has done fine with other dogs in the home, but really just ignores them. He would do best with someone that has Pomeranian experience and a family without young children is suggested.

He would love to be with his person as much as possible so if you are someone that works from home or is home most of the time that would be preferred. He has lots of stories to tell you in the form of a hardy bark or two. Bear is a huge fan of pets and massages (but then again who isn’t) and with his irresistible coat you won’t be able to help yourself!

Not much is known about Bear’s history as he was found as a stray. He does have seizures and has seen a neurologist. Bear’s rescuers have been tweaking his medications to get things on track, but really these don’t slow him down a bit. He is very healthy otherwise and ready to find his new people!
