Bear and Nala

Looking for some love bugs? Meet Bear and Nala, both 8 years old and a bonded pair of Malamutes. They depend on each other for guidance security and confidence so will need a new home where they can stay together.

Bear is a big beautiful boy who weighs 115 pounds. He has a friendly personality. He is alert happy and full of playful energy. Bear walks well on leash with just a little pulling. He rides well in the car and would love to accompany you on daily outing when the weather is cool. He will need someone who is up to helping him learn his basic commands but treats should definitely help with that! Bear does not do well with other dogs and is unknown with cats.

Nala is a sweet girl who loves her belly rubs. She weighs 93 pounds. Nala gets along well with other dogs although Bear is not fond of other dogs intruding on their friendship. Nala walks well on a leash and rides great in the car. Don’t let her age fool you she can still prance and play with Bear. Sprinkle a little bit of sass in the mix and you have a wonderful girl and her best friend looking for their forever family.

Nala and Bear deserve a loving family and a soft place to land while they quietly enjoy their senior years. The bonded pair are posted for WAMAL-Washington Alaskan Malamute Adoption League.
