10 year old Booger is a lovely, 35 pound Blue Heeler. We are told she is “loyal and eager to please”. Booger sounds like a fairly active senior looking for an adopter who is ready to match her energy.

Booger has never lived with other dogs and we are told she is indifferent when meeting new ones. She would prefer not to interact but perhaps with a mellow senior dog who won’t pester her, she would be fine? We are told she has lived with cats. Her human states that Booger has never been observed around children.  Booger needs a home with an adopter who is dog savvy. She is not fond of strangers approaching her without proper introduction. Her lifelong person tells us he has worked a lot on her training.

This smart girl knows how and when to use a dog door. A new home with one will be helpful as we are told she needs to relieve herself about every 5 hours. Booger takes a drug called Incurin, which helps with urine incontinence. Given that medication, she does great!

Booger is said to be “super easy to walk”, she’s good on a leash. She can manage stairs without issue and stay home alone just fine when her human leaves the house. Booger will bark to let you know someone has arrived at your home.

Give this girl time to settle in and learn her new routine and we’d bet she will make a wonderful companion and friend.
