“I’m Gracie Ann! I am an 11 year old, 7 pound maltese/poodle mix. I am a sweet, quirky, wisp of a white lil’ Maltese girl! I was surrendered to Furbaby Rescue because my family didn’t know why my personality had changed when they started a family. Well I am so thankful to Furbaby Rescue because they sent me to the doctor’s office right away to see if I had any underlying medical issues. Sure enough, I did! It turns out that my body produces too much of a hormone that is very similar to Testosterone. I was put on some medication for a couple of months to address this issue. From what the doctor can tell, the treatment worked and voila, here I am, ready to find my forever home!

“Just some random facts about me: My favorite color: Pink My favorite food: Anything grain free and meaty My favorite place: My BAT CAVE (the nest that I made under my foster Mom’s bed) My favorite thing to do: Protecting my BAT CAVE against the resident Cocker Spaniel—he is not the sharpest tool in the shed, if you know what I mean! My other favorite place: The couch I am great for the groomer and just want a home to call my very own—I can make a new Bat Cave—I’m smart like that! I live with a bunch of smaller dogs and I am friends with them all…except for the Cocker Spaniel because he is far too nosey for my liking! A galoof…a real GA-LOOF I tell you! I can’t wait to meet my new Mommy or Daddy! Love, Gracie Ann.”

Gracie is posted for Furbaby Rescue and is fostered in Olympia, WA.
