Hector

Hector is a young senior who is only 8 years old. This nice boy is dreaming of a forever family.  He is playful, energetic and is ready to go when you are. Hector is a large dog weighing 71 pounds. He is an athletic guy and would make an amazing hiking, running or camping buddy.  After a day of activity he insists on belly rubs and catching up on naps. This boy really is the perfect sidekick.

Hector has met the rescue’s dog, cat and kid safety testers and was a gentleman.  He would be fine with another dog that possesses his same respectful demeanor.  Hector’s playful personality might cause him to chase a cat so any cats in the home should be dog savvy and have a safe place to relax.  Hector’s quick movements could knock over small children, therefore, his rescuers are asking for a home without children under 10 years of age. Hector recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork.  He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccines.
