Meet Heidi and Annie, a pair of fluffy and beautiful 9-year-old sister Border Collie/Chow Chow mixes. These two sweet girls have lived together for their entire lives and are very bonded with one another, so they are looking for a new home that wants twice as much love and can keep them together. Heidi and Annie ended up in the shelter system when their owner passed away, but in spite of this trauma they are still both gentle, loving, and have happy, waggy tails. Both sisters (Heidi is the tan sister and Annie is the black and tan sister) are little more on the mellow side, and seem like they would make great family dogs. They are definitely both more snuggle-buddy-types than running-buddy-types, but that doesn’t mean they don’t still have energy and know how to have fun! For that reason, their ideal home would not be an apartment, and should have a fenced in yard. Heidi and Annie both have gorgeous soft fluffy fur, and behaved really well when taken for a professional grooming recently.

Heidi and Annie are available for adoption together at Kitsap Humane Society.

THESE ARE NOT ODH DOGS; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
