Jake and Daisy

Jake is a 69 pound, lab mix who is a little over 8 years old. He loves to play ball and go to the dog park. Jake makes friends wherever he goes and that even includes willing cats. He has his best friend, the adorable Daisy, came to the shelter as a bonded pair. The hope is that they will find a home where they came remain together. Daisy is a super soft Pomeranian-mix who weighs 16 pounds. She is only 9 years old and would tell you she doesn’t take up much room! In spite of her size, Daisy can howl like a Husky when she wants attention or she is unhappy. But for the most part, she’s a happy ball of fluff! Jake is currently on medication for a skin condition on his belly and will need to continue that as he heals.  Daisy will need a grain-free diet as well, to keep her skin healthy. A home with a fenced yard and lots of love will be wonderful for these life-long pals.
