10 year old Kumo is a handsome Aussie boy who weighs about 50 pounds. He enjoys shadowing his human, choosing to show his affection by proximity without being too needy.

Kumo was surrendered to rescue with another Aussie. He lived with children in his last home and would do well in a home with kind, respectful kids. It is unknown how Kumo would react to a cat.

Described as being well-mannered and house trained, Kumo can be left inside the house when his people leave the home. Giving Kumo time to learn the ropes once adopted will help him adjust and start his best new life!

Kumo enjoys a good game of keep away from time to time.  He’s still quite energetic for his age and has many more years to give his forever person. If you like a dog to just hang out while you garden or kick back on the porch, Kumo will be your ideal sidekick.

Kumo is posted for the Western Australian Shepherd Rescue. He is being fostered in Portland, Oregon. For more information about Kumo, please email: westernaussierescue@gmail.com

Meet and greets will only be arranged after references are called and application is approved. You can find an adoption application for Jiro here: https://www.westernaustralianshepherdrescue.com/adoption-application.html
