Lowe (pronounced “Low-ee”) is a darling 9-pound papillon. He is only 11 years old! Lowe does very well on leash; he loves to walk and run. Lowe can handle stairs just fine and he has no problem staying home alone. He does need a potty break at least every 6 hours. Reportedly Lowe has a “skin sensitivity” which is kept under control with diet. He has lived with other dogs but he is dog selective and has not gotten along well with dogs his size. His owner wants to find him a home without other dogs. This darling guy has never lived with cats and needs a home without children. Lowe has his quirks, we are told he’d do best with “an experienced female papillon owner”. He is described as being, “truly a castle dog—watching the home with great care”. He loves to play with toys and then he’ll be happy just curled up in his dog bed.

Lowe is waiting in Bellingham, WA for a new companion to devote himself to.

ODH has not met this dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
