Gracie is a 9-year-old mastiff-boxer mix, not super tall, but unfortunately obese at 90 pounds. She is a lovely tempered dog, likes other respectful dogs (no young rowdy ones) and she is a lovely dog on a leash as she walks right next to you and does not pull. She did have a couple of “skin tag” type masses removed at the shelter, had a dental and also has some mild arthritic changes. However, she is not currently on arthritis medication and gets around well for an old girl who needs to drop 20 pounds.

She is gentle and kind in her kennel, and likes older children but when she met families with small children she appeared stressed, therefore the shelter wants a home with kids only over 8 years. She is always cheerful in her kennel and ready to go for a walk.

Gracie is posted for the Regional King County Animal Services shelter in Kent, WA.

ODH has not met this dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
