Maia

Are you looking for a new friend? Maia is looking for one too! She is a lovely border collie who is guessed to be between 8-9 years old. Maia is an active girl who needs daily exercise. We are told that Maia does very well on leash, she knows basic commands and obeys them. Maia has lived with other dogs and does well when meeting new dogs. When it comes to cats she displays “typical border collie behavior”, staring intently- a cat may not appreciate that! Because Maia tries to “herd” young children, a home with kids at least 8 years old and over would be best. Maia loves hanging out on the couch inside and does just fine being left alone for a work day. Maia can handle stairs and manage quite a few hours without a potty break. She enjoys spending time outside when the weather is nice; however a home with a fenced yard is a must for Maia. This very nice girl loves to cuddle, play fetch and go for walks. She has so much going for her, she is surely going to make someone very happy!
