Maia

Maia (pronounced Maya) sounds like she’d be a real catch! At only 8 years old, she’s a very intelligent border collie who is fit at about 40 pounds. Maia is a very active girl. She will make someone a great exercise buddy as she loves to walk, jog, hike and she knows how to play fetch too.Maia is crate trained and she knows many verbal commands. Maia has lived with another dog and while she’s good with other dogs, she, like most of her breed, will be assertive with other dogs until she knows them. She should find a new home without young children or cats. Maia can go quite a while without needing a potty break and she has been fine to stay inside with her canine companion while her humans are away. The most important thing Maia has going for her is that she is a very loving dog who is wants to be cuddly and will join you on the couch or even in bed if she’s allowed. Someone will be making a great addition to their family when they adopt Maia.
