Went to Seattle Beagle Rescue!!!!

Millie came to Regional Animal Services in King County as a transfer from another local shelter  due to being overcapacity with dogs (which is an all too common occurrence for all shelters/rescues at the moment unfortunately!).

Millie is dog friendly, potty trained and weighs only 37.5 pounds which is a very nice size-not too small, not too big- just right!  Although she is guesstimated to be about 8 years old, Millie still has a lot of energy and spunk in her. Her energy is exerted more quickly when her mind is kept busy with things like scent boxes or on long walks with a lot of smells! If you know anything about treeing walker coonhounds they love to use their noses!

Millie was adopted but sadly had to be returned shortly after because she was much too interested in the household cat. She would do best in a home without small animals.

Millie is an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow. Millie spends time in one of the staff offices, just chilling out, being a very good girl. She is outgoing and carefree, and just can’t wait to find her forever home!

Mille is posted for the Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) in Kent, WA.

You can find out more about Millie and other animals on their website at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet. If you have questions, please contact RASKC via phone at 206-296-7387 (PETS) or email pets@kingcounty.gov.  RASKC is open from noon to 5pm Monday through Friday, and noon to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.  The address is 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.

This is not an Old Dog Haven dog. We urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
